Create a token draft.
Make every term clear.

Plan a fixed-supply token on L7C, review its exact descriptor, then export it locally. This page creates a draft. It does not create a token.

DESCRIBE YOUR IDEA

Token details

Choose the name, supply and public creator identity. No balance, address ownership or ticker availability is inferred.

3–48 characters. Plain text only.
2–10 uppercase letters or numbers; start with a letter.
Up to 280 characters. No links or markup are rendered here.
Exact integer. No commas, fractions or scientific notation.
Divisibility only. This does not change the whole-token supply.
A valid address format does not prove control. Never enter a password, private key or recovery phrase.
HTTPS only, with no query, fragment or embedded credentials. No website content is fetched.

Distribution, liquidity, fees and mint/burn authorities remain unspecified and require a separate review. A fixed-supply descriptor does not establish an on-chain enforcement policy.

Fill in the required fields to review an unregistered draft.

TOKEN OR NETWORK?

Choose the right scope.

Application categories describe the use case. L1 networks, rollups and token contracts describe different technical projects.

SEPARATE NETWORK PROJECT

Independent L1

A network with its own consensus, validators and operations. A token draft does not create that infrastructure.

SEPARATE ROLLUP PROJECT

Blockchain L2

A rollup or other L2 network with separate settlement and infrastructure requirements. This is different from the Layer 7 L2 token label.

CURRENT CAPABILITY BOUNDARY

Drafting is available.
Issuance is not.

There is no launch, payment, trading or liquidity action on this page. Service discovery reports the implementation requirements; it does not verify private installation or grant execution permission.

Activation requirements are unknown until service discovery succeeds. No execution permission is inferred.

THE RIGHT LAYER FOR EACH ACTIVITY

One runtime. Clear responsibilities.

Routing below comes from the canonical service policy. A listed activity is a classification, not an enabled financial action.
